Let’s face it, half the fun of horror and exploitation is seeing some hot bodies frolicking around in the buff. And while I worship the female form, I believe exploitation definitely veers into the exploitive when only gorgeous women are on display while their male counterparts remain chastely buttoned up. Therefore, The Backside of Horror salutes the filmmakers and actors whom even up the score a bit by gracing us with instances of hot and juicy male flesh in their bloody celluloid fantasies.

Herschell Gordon Lewis may not rule the world (which really is a pity) but — his classic 60s grue-piece Blood Feast was most definitely the inspiration for gonzo director Jackie Kong’s Blood Diner in 1987.

This tale of two demented brothers, played by Rich Burks and Carl Crew, determined to carry out their long deceased uncle’s murderous plans, contains plenty of limb chomping, flesh thirsty Egyptian Goddess craziness.

As the guys hack their way through a steady stream of bad girls as ultimate sacrifices, Kong provides the viewers with wall to-wall boobs of plenty!

Thankfully, she gives silicone workers everywhere a bit of a break with a comic moment, towards the film’s final act, when Crew’s frenzied George flashes his butt at an exotic police detective, on a dinner break, in her car!

Viva la (mummified) man flesh, everyone!!!

Until the next time – SWEET love and pink GRUE, Big Gay Horror Fan!
